WeQuel is looking for a Senior SAP PM/S/4HANA Consultant for a hybrid role in Finspång, Sweden, to lead the transformation of industrial maintenance and asset management. The consultant will analyze current processes, define requirements, and ensure effective support in SAP S/4HANA for maintenance, procurement, and data management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze current maintenance and asset management processes
  • Perform GAP analyses between existing SAP and future SAP S/4HANA solutions
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Design and optimize processes for Maintenance Operations, Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts Management, Warehouse Operations, Material Management, Procurement Processes, and Service Contract Management
  • Review and improve Equipment Structures, Functional Locations, Bills of Material (BOMs), Material Master Data, Maintenance Plans, and Spare Parts Structures
  • Support data cleansing, migration, testing, and user acceptance activities
  • Drive process harmonization and standardization
  • Support organizational change and user adoption
  • Provide recommendations for future governance, processes, and system architecture

Krav

  • Minimum 6 years of experience within SAP PM / EAM
  • Proven experience from SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management processes
  • Experience of SAP MM and procurement integration
  • Experience of master data and BOM management
  • Experience from manufacturing, heavy industry, energy, or process industries
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Communicative and structured, with the ability to bridge business, IT, and project teams
