Role as an R&D Project Leader in BI Hobs, responsible for new project introductions and technology modules according to the Generation Plan. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver project results, ensuring product fit into platform structures, and guiding projects from definition to series production approval.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and manage projects including new platform/subsystem projects, new features, aesthetic design, cost reduction, quality improvement, and standardization.
Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Support and drive projects from definition to series production approval.
Report in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.
Create investment requests when applicable.
Ensure assured safety and quality standards are met.

Krav

Strong project management skills.
Good written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy, reporting, and presenting.
Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize projects and self-manage workload.
Ability to work with and build relationships with people at all levels within the organization.
Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team and project meetings.
Fit in intercultural collaboration and adapt communication to different cultures.
Results-oriented with a focus on innovation and intellectual property.
Proficiency in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Degree in Engineering or Design-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Leader in another company.
PMP certification is preferred.
