The Project Leader will manage the OEM project portfolio, leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with sourcing procedures and methodologies, communicating with stakeholders, managing risks, and implementing purchasing strategies for finished goods sourced from the Asia Pacific region.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead project teams to execute OEM project portfolios for dedicated categories.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing through cross-functional teams.
- Ensure project objectives are met and comply with Product Sourcing procedures, global OEM PD process, and EPM methodology.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively manage potential project risks.
- Implement purchasing strategies for Finished Goods sourced from the Asia Pacific region.
- Work with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain management and minimize project delays.
- Support Product Sourcing and internal customer market functions regarding technical aspects of product selection, development, qualification, and improvement.

- Strong organizational skills to convert ideas into deliverable projects and tasks within agreed time and budget.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus).
- Project management skills.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- PMP or Prince 2 certificate is a plus.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Product and/or Process knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in the appliance industry is a plus.
- Strong character with good interpersonal skills for a multinational and cross-functional team.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adjust to changing requirements.
- Ability to assess problems and take appropriate action.
- Hands-on and determined to make things happen.
- Strong mindset of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to work efficiently and proactively to deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, graphic) at all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively and build relationships with persons of various cultures and hierarchical levels.
