Experienced Agile Scrum Master with SAP ABAP technical expertise is sought for a Project Lead role in Chennai, India. This position focuses on enabling high-performing Agile teams and successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions by managing dependencies, risks, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies and SAFe events.
Ansvarsområden
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, SAFe events, and Agile delivery practices.
- Partner with Product Owners for backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and action items across teams.
- Monitor team capacity, velocity, predictability, and sprint commitments using Agile metrics.
- Support SAP delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and production support.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide transparency on delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
Krav
- Experience serving as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams supporting SAP or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Agile delivery best practices.
- Prior SAP ABAP development or SAP technical consulting experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile planning, backlog management, and delivery reporting.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA ABAP developments and delivery lifecycles, release management, and production support processes.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile practices and PI Planning is a strong advantage.
- Experience with RICEFW developments including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Development – Object-Oriented ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, reports, interfaces, forms, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery governance, Lean-Agile practices, and scaled Agile delivery coordination.
- Experience with delivery optimization, KPI tracking, workflow management, and backlog administration.
