Job Summary

"Should have 3+ Yrs experience in Kinaxis application modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Scheduling) to meet business requirements.
Analyze and identify gaps in existing processes and provide proficiency in Kinaxis modules to deliver optimal solutions.
Resolve complex data and analytical configurations to ensure accurate and expected results.
Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose best-fit solutions.
Deliver high-quality client solutions that meet and exceed expectations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating teams, monitoring risks, and engaging stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities by building strong client relationships and understanding client needs.
Collaborate with capability leaders to drive growth of Kinaxis competency.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong functional understanding of SCM processes and common business problems.
Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Scheduling).
Technical skills: SQL, R, JavaScript, Python (preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions."

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
4. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
