Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Project Expert to lead energy conversion solutions in Wilrijk. This hybrid role involves managing product development projects from concept to series production, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring transparent reporting to executive management.

Ansvarsområden

Lead high-impact product development projects from concept and lab prototype to full-scale series production.
Act as Project Team Manager (PTM), collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Shape technical designs, production flows, supply chains, sales processes, and aftermarket support.
Lead cross-functional teams and coach project engineers locally and internationally.
Decide on technical designs in alignment with purchasing, manufacturing, service, and marketing.
Partner with test engineers to execute test programs and evaluate results.
Manage project scope, budget, status, and timing, ensuring transparent reporting to executive management.
Apply international standards (ISO, PED, ASME) and risk management strategies.
Secure and share technical knowledge across the group.

Krav

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
Strong general technical knowledge and a passion for product development.
Fluent communication skills in English across all organizational levels.
Strong understanding and application of international standards and regulations (such as ISO, PED, ASME) and design-based risk management.
Ability to embrace rapid iteration, build cross-departmental networks, and manage expectations and priorities effectively.
Independent, hands-on, and innovative mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a "can-do" attitude.
Dynamic team player with an inclusive approach and a drive for continuous improvement and learning.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous experience in a product development environment is considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
