We are looking for a self-motivated Project Execution Engineer to manage customer projects, ensuring contract fulfillment through technical, time, and cost control. This role involves resource and supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning, and start-up processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3-5 years of project execution experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage customer projects to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time, cost, resource, and supply chain management.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement detailed execution plans for assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and cost to ensure alignment with the plan and profitability targets.
  • Proactively resolve operational issues and minimize delays throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and coordinate necessary internal and external resources for timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Technical, Factory, Service) for specialized support.
  • Manage and coordinate third-party contractors for quality and integration.
  • Monitor on-site activities and support commissioning and start-up processes.
  • Monitor troubleshooting efforts and manage issues during the warranty period.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Engineering or Execution.
  • Proven end-to-end project lifecycle experience: from initiation to closing.
  • Hands-on experience in project reporting tools such as Click Up and PPM.
  • Agile, proactive, and a strong problem solver.
