I korthet

We are seeking a Project Execution Engineer to manage customer projects from order placement through the warranty period. This role involves technical coordination, planning, site supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A technical education (Master's/Bachelor's in electro-mechanical engineering) and experience in a similar commercial technical environment are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage customer projects after order, including kickoff meetings, integration, installation, startup, and commissioning.
  • Ensure timely equipment delivery and project execution within scope and quality standards.
  • Support customers during performance validation and the warranty period.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the customer.
  • Design, communicate, and implement project time plans.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and costs.
  • Create and manage project punch lists with the customer.
  • Resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Identify, develop, and gather necessary project resources.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., engineering, technical) for resources.
  • Manage outside contractors to ensure quality standards.
  • Supervise projects on-site and participate in commissioning/startup.
  • Manage troubleshooting during the warranty period.

Krav

  • Technical education, such as a Master's or Bachelor's degree in electro-mechanical engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a commercial technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Mature, professional approach to managing complex projects.

  • Project management experience is a strong advantage.
  • Natural ability to build relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain oversight in dynamic environments.
