Emerson seeks a Project Engineer in Tianjin, China to manage and execute assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and company objectives. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing changes and risks, coordinating shipments, handling financial aspects, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or management, strong communication, technical, business, and financial knowledge, and project management experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and implement assigned projects to deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and execute projects with defined processes.
  • Follow up with the factory for project progress and ensure milestones are met.
  • Report and track project status, milestones, and provide regular communication to customers.
  • Manage project changes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Act as the contact window with customers for inspections and shipment activities.
  • Coordinate with the finance team and customer on project credit, invoicing, and payment.
  • Ensure contractual turnaround of documentation and coordinate revision cycles.
  • Support the global nuclear project execution team.
  • Perform data analysis and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management (Preferred fields: Power, Mechanical, Instrumentation).
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written English).
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical manufacturing.
  • Strong business management and customer orientation.
  • Financial and commercial knowledge is necessary.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proactivity.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Above 5 years of project management experience.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Working experience in the process control industry or instrumentation environment is preferred.
  • Nuclear background experience and valve related experience are a plus.
  • Ability to deliver quality results under complicated conditions.
