This role involves coordinating technical activities for heat exchanger projects, from design and feasibility studies to final documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design of heat exchangers.

Ansvarsområden

Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects.
Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate engineering work.
Ensure compliance with current regulations, practices, and accepted engineering standards.
Carry out design activities and development of heat exchangers based on contract requirements and product specifications.
Perform feasibility studies with technical proposals, analysis, design, and prototyping.
Transform requirements into project outputs (calculations, dimensions, tolerances, material selection).
Interpret and comment on construction drawings.
Size plant components and the overall system.
Draft final and executive project documentation.
Manage deadlines for project document submissions.
Conduct technical meetings with clients and suppliers.
Prepare documentation for ASME/PED.

Krav

Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design of heat exchangers.
Basic knowledge of project management techniques.
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (preferably Autocad, Inventor).
Experience with finite element calculation modules (preferred).

Förmåner

Starting base salary of 36.000€
