Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a design authority for engineering disciplines with low to medium complexity.
  • Complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects cost-effectively.
  • Apply basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.
  • Design, develop, and implement Substation Automation Systems (SCADA, PLC, RTU-based control, monitoring, communication systems).
  • Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs (ABB AC500, Emerson PAC System).
  • Design and configure HMI (ABB CP600, Emerson Quick Panel).
  • Design and configure SCADA systems (ZENON, ZEE600).
  • Prepare and maintain project engineering documentation (System Architecture Diagrams, I/O Lists, FDS, FAT, SAT).
  • Select and specify appropriate hardware components (PLCs, RTUs, communication equipment, HMIs).
  • Provide remote technical support for testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration.

Krav

  • B.E or Diploma in Electrical with 8+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in electrical distribution and automation, power systems, and substation automation.
  • PLC programming in accordance with IEC 61131-3 standard (Emerson PAC system PLC, ABB AC500 PLC).
  • HMI designing using Emerson Quick Panel and ABB Panel Builder.
  • SCADA development on GE Cimplicity, Copadata ZENON and ABB ZEE600 Platform.
  • Knowledge of LV and/or MV switchgear.
  • Knowledge of Communication and Network Architecture designing.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with Emerson PAC system PLC (PAC Machine Edition).
  • Experience with ABB AC500 PLC (Automation Builder).
