Ansvarsområden
- Actively participate in the electromagnetic design, testing, and field follow-up of high-speed direct-drive motors.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from early prototyping to serial production.
- Organize lab test setups, test planning, and documentation to validate motor designs.
- Support magnetic design activities, validate prototype parts, and assess suppliers.
- Participate in thermal or material compatibility analyses.
- Serve as a technical consultant for other internal teams and divisions on drivetrain-related challenges.
- Leverage state-of-the-art CAD/CAE/FEM and PDM tools.
Krav
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with background or experience in electromagnetic design.
- Proficiency with electromagnetic analysis software (such as Ansys Maxwell, MotorCAD, or Magnet) and mathematical computation packages (preferably MATLAB).
- Familiarity with 3D CAD systems (such as CATIA or Inventor) and MS Office 365 tools.
- Industrially oriented team player with a creative, curious, and hands-on approach to technical problem-solving.
- Preparedness to take ownership and lead small projects or project-related tasks.
- Fluent communication skills in English.

- Willingness to learn Dutch in practice if it is not your native language.
