Emerson is seeking a Project Engineer to complete DCS system input analysis, programming, testing, and on-site support for projects in Xi'an, China. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, familiarity with PLC/DCS software design (OVATION, Siemens, ABB), and strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player with English proficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Complete DCS system input analysis, IO assignment, subsystem interlock, sequence programming, and analog control.
  • Complete software OVATION DCS general engineering, including database, graphics, logic, and testing.
  • Travel to complete related FAT/SAT per schedule.
  • Support troubleshooting via oversea site travelling or remote advice.
  • Support business partner for IFAT/FAT verification.
  • Support site survey and site commissioning.
  • Engage in team development activities such as standardization, technical sharing, and package solution optimizations.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields, such as instrument and control engineering, electronic engineering, etc.
  • Familiarity with PLC or DCS SW system design and engineering (e.g., OVATION, Siemens, ABB).
  • Good ability to analyze and solve problems with strong nimble learning, able to complete design tasks independently.
  • Team player with proactive coordination mindset, able to communicate effectively with different departments to understand and meet project needs.
  • English is the working language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Work experience in a relevant field, especially in Power plant / Renewable/ Water Industry.
  • Capability of other DCS products retrofit experience is preferred.
