Alstom is seeking a full-time Project EHS Manager in Copenhagen, Denmark, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, minimize environmental impacts, and protect company assets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement EHS standards, manage risks, and lead accident prevention efforts.

Ansvarsområden

  • Implement emergency plans and monitor compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Lead accident prevention efforts and foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Ensure EHS risk assessments are conducted and control measures are defined for projects.
  • Oversee sub-contractor activities to ensure EHS compliance.
  • Deploy Alstom EHS standards and tools, including the Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP) and Transport Operational Performance in Environment (TOPE).
  • Investigate incidents and share lessons learned through REX reports.
  • Prepare and submit monthly EHS reports.
  • Build and implement EHS communication and training plans.
  • Carry out internal EHS audits and manage improvement plans.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and implementation of audits (internal and external).
  • Travel between sites in Copenhagen & Århus and manage time according to business needs, with potential night/evening work.

Krav

  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Health & Safety qualification.
  • Professional experience of 5–8 years, including 3+ years in EHS roles and projects.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
  • Familiarity with local legal EHS requirements.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in the railway industry (desirable).
  • EHS auditor certification (desirable).
