ABB is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project activities from contract award to completion, serving as the operational liaison between project teams, customers, and stakeholders. This hybrid role involves leading end-to-end project delivery, managing financials, and driving continuous improvement.
Ansvarsområden
- Coordinate project activities across the full lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Project Managers, Project Operations Managers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, owning project schedules, milestones, and performance tracking.
- Build Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for real-time visibility into project health, financials, and business intelligence.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, gross margin tracking, and SAP CATS labour cost allocation.
- Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance.
- Champion customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
Krav
- 3+ years' experience in service coordination, project coordination, operations support, or field service environments.
- Experience with project scheduling, resource planning, service delivery, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in SAP (Project Systems preferred), labour management, timesheet validation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI, Excel, and project performance metrics.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, customer service, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement experience.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Relevant qualification in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
