As a Project Coordinator in Istanbul, Türkiye, you will manage local production activities, ensuring products meet demand, lead times, and budget. You will support planning, coordinate project execution, monitor regulatory requirements, and drive certification activities, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop understanding of key processes, stakeholders, and requirements for local production.
  • Support planning, coordination, and governance for localization projects.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and updates affecting local production.
  • Drive certification activities (Capacity Reports, Industrial Registry Certificates, Local Product Certificates) in coordination with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Perform assigned activities in Supply Chain Management, Production Technology, and Order and Delivery Management for new projects.
  • Coordinate project and product execution by tracking activities, orders, shipments, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with suppliers and lead-site functions, providing clear progress updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, calculations, records, archiving, action logs, and status reports.

Krav

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • Technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • A proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in Istanbul, Türkiye, with travel to the production site as required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Practical knowledge of IT or telecommunications project management, integration management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage.
