Ansvarsområden
- Manage project/program configuration and ensure controlled changes throughout the lifecycle.
- Lead CCM activities and ensure team compliance with CCM processes.
- Establish and maintain the Configuration Management Plan, including roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure application of CCM tools and manage access rights.
- Escalate CCM-related risks or issues and report on performance indicators.
- Execute CCM audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage a team of Configuration and Change Managers, if applicable.
- Perform Configuration Management activities like monitoring item accuracy and preparing Configuration Strategies.
- Perform Change Management activities, including organizing Change Boards and facilitating event management.
Krav
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of Configuration and Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management and configuration tools.
- Familiarity with standards and regulations related to configuration and change management.
- A relevant certification in Configuration or Change Management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English.
