Qualcomm is looking for a Project Analyst to assist in managing projects by developing processes and tools that enhance productivity. This role focuses on the non-technical aspects of project management and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Contributes to and updates project planning activities (e.g., plans, schedules, and work breakdown structure) to support Project Managers or Leads on moderately sized projects or processes.
- Develops methods for tracking the progress and execution of moderately complex projects/processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assists with implementing new and established processes and methods (e.g. tracking tools, schedules, databases, documentation management systems).
- Coordinates across teams for moderately sized projects to identify and meet needs, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
Krav
- Associate's degree.
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Works under supervision.
- Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information.
- Tasks require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting project management and execution.
