We are seeking a detail-oriented Programmer Analyst II to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation workflows using Python, SQL, and AWS services. This role involves building scalable bot infrastructure, driving continuous improvement through AI, and collaborating with stakeholders to reduce manual intervention and operational risk.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation workflows using Python, SQL, and cloud-native services (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, Agent core).
  • Build and optimize agentic bot infrastructure for compliance and verification workflows.
  • Implement rule-based detection engines, anomaly identification, and automated decision-making pipelines.
  • Develop automated monitoring systems, daily scorecards, and real-time alerting mechanisms.
  • Ensure data integrity through automated validation checks and pipeline health monitoring.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track bot performance.
  • Decompose operational challenges into structured automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate rule-based automation vs. AI-driven agentic approaches.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for bot infrastructure and upstream processes.
  • Design intelligent escalation paths and exception-handling logic.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and blockers.
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews and automation impact assessments.
  • Scope, architect, and deliver end-to-end automation projects.
  • Manage development timelines and sprint commitments.
  • Deliver production-ready, well-documented code and automation workflows.
  • Incorporate engineering best practices including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD integration.
  • Identify transformational automation opportunities in human-dependent areas.
  • Mentor and develop junior programmers on automation best practices.
  • Participate in recruiting and technical interviewing for the team.
  • Share knowledge through documentation, SOPs, and optimization of analytical and engineering best practices.

  • 2+ years of front-end web development experience
  • Experience using SQL
