We are seeking an experienced Program Specialist to manage reimbursement programs and escalations. This role involves driving initiatives, reducing process defects, improving seller experience, and analyzing data to support process improvements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own the Program, define and achieve KPIs; Drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Pull data and perform deep-dives and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects.
  • Provide regular business updates during weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to share regular updates, resolve blockers and deliver programs/initiatives on time.
  • Systematically escalate problems to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions.

Krav

  • 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
