Amazon India is seeking a Program Manager to lead the electrification of its delivery fleet. This role involves designing and executing adoption campaigns, managing field deployments and charging infrastructure governance, and building the data and reporting backbone for fleet conversion. The ideal candidate will have program management experience and a builder-doer mindset.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and run adoption campaigns for Delivery Associates and delivery partners, including messaging, creative collateral, and training content.
  • Own field deployment programs, including station-level electrification drives, baseline audits, target setting, and partner outreach.
  • Maintain charging governance and asset upkeep through RACI, SOPs, and cost-recovery mechanisms.
  • Build the data and reporting layer, including segment analysis, prioritization models, and fleet-conversion dashboards.
  • Run recurring governance cadences with zonal Ops teams and business coaches.
  • Operationalize external partner programs for EV rental, charging, and OEM partnerships.
  • Benchmark competitive fleet electrification strategies and scan regulatory developments.
  • Produce data-backed communication materials for reviews.

Krav

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
