Amazon India seeks a Program Manager for its centralized supply chain planning function in Karnataka. This role involves managing complex, cross-functional supply chain projects, driving technology solutions, and leading cost reduction or efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a single-threaded owner responsible for project success and impact measurement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work with finance, supply chain execution, transportation, and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope high-impact projects.
  • Drive cost-benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions for various initiatives.
  • Develop project plans and timelines for execution after a go-decision.
  • Develop a roadmap and metrics to measure initiative progress.
  • Write reports and documents detailing progress for leadership.
  • Liaise across functions to drive projects and clear issues/bottlenecks.
  • Work with technology teams to scope and drive necessary tech changes.
  • Be a single-threaded owner for initiatives, directly controlling destiny and driving towards impact goals.

Krav

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience.
  • 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
  • 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full-time experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
  • Experience using Microsoft Projects software.
  • Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
