Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for its ROW Transportation Execution team in Hyderabad to manage and execute programs that enhance the fulfillment and transportation network. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate objectives into actionable plans within a defined scope.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage end-to-end execution of programs that improve the fulfillment and transportation network, ensuring tasks, timelines, and dependencies are tracked and actioned.
  • Coordinate between regional configuration teams and stakeholders to support the adoption of new configuration models and feature improvements.
  • Support prioritisation of feature enhancement requests by gathering requirements, documenting trade-offs, and escalating decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help standardise core configuration elements that support network growth and scalability.
  • Contribute to OP planning processes by collecting inputs, tracking deliverables, and maintaining alignment with team priorities.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, best practice documentation, and standardisation efforts within regional configuration teams.
  • Own program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking for assigned initiatives; proactively surface risks and flag blockers to senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to immediate stakeholders and team leads.
  • Build working knowledge of the team's technical domain to support problem-scoping discussions and translate business needs into structured action plans.

Krav

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
