Amazon seeks an enthusiastic Program Manager for its Routing and Planning team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing projects, improving metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create solutions impacting internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing large projects, a passion for data-driven decisions, and strong communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Program manage the solution for last mile related problems from identification, scoping and sizing to creating long term solutions in partnership with tech, product, business and operations.
  • Define success criteria for programs and audits processes and create/ drive right metrics to track and influence program health.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams as a subject matter expert in last mile delivery domain and develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor, data integrity and solves problem for the long term.
  • Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
  • Analyze and solve business problems at their root.

Krav

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
