The Subscriptions Mission team focuses on growing and evolving Spotify’s premium business by driving acquisition, retention, monetization, and long-term customer value. We operate across complex product and platform ecosystems, balancing rapid experimentation with stable, scalable delivery.

The Subscriptions Delivery team sits at the center of some of Spotify’s most important strategic bets. We connect strategy to execution—bringing together Product, Engineering, Design, Insights, and business teams to ensure we deliver meaningful outcomes, not just outputs. In a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment, we create clarity, alignment, and momentum across complex initiatives. We’re also evolving how we work by leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve planning, execution, and decision-making at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Drive delivery of complex, high-priority programs across Subscriptions, often spanning multiple teams and domains
  • Partner closely with Bet Leads and the Bet Strategy Lead to translate strategy into clear plans, sequencing, and execution approaches
  • Establish strong operating models, defining scope, ownership, governance, and execution rhythms to enable predictable delivery
  • Connect teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Insights, ensuring alignment and active management of dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
  • Use AI-supported tools and workflows to streamline planning, reporting, and risk identification, enabling faster and more informed decision-making
  • Create clarity and accountability by making progress visible, surfacing issues early, and enabling effective decision-making
  • Actively steer delivery by focusing on outcomes and intervening where needed to keep programs on track

Who You Are

  • You have proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact
  • You are able to connect long-term strategic goals to day-to-day execution with strong delivery discipline
  • You are experienced in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders without direct authority
  • You know how to create structure through governance, planning, and delivery operations
  • You are experienced in managing risks and dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
  • You are comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Design, aligning different perspectives into a cohesive plan
  • You communicate clearly and proactively, especially when navigating ambiguity or surfacing challenges
  • You are comfortable using and evolving AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency and outcomes

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in London or Stockholm
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
