As a Program Manager for Global Specialty Fulfillment Central Operations, you will lead operational excellence for North America's quick commerce business. Your role involves deep data analysis to identify and eliminate customer-impacting defects, collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes, and reduce operational costs and quality issues.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own operational performance metrics for the North America region.
  • Conduct deep dives into data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.
  • Identify and eliminate operational defects through root cause analysis and preventative measures.
  • Partner with North American operations teams to address performance challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Represent Central Operations in business stakeholder meetings for North America.
  • Transform raw data into documentation, requirements, and actionable insights for process improvements.

Krav

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
