I korthet

As a Program Manager for Missile Systems in Karlskoga, Sweden, you will be responsible for governing contractual obligations and ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery of customer contracts. This role requires strong project management, commercial acumen, and an interest in technical dimensions, with a Bachelor or Master degree and excellent English communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Govern contractual obligations towards the customer.
  • Ensure all conditions are fulfilled for successful delivery of customer contracts on time and budget.
  • Initiate, maintain, and develop interpersonal relations internally and with customers and partners.
  • Manage contracts within product support or complex system deliveries.
  • Work in a team context with roles such as Product and Commercial management.
  • Cooperate closely with Operations in Development, Purchasing, and Production.
  • Take initiative, communicate expectations, conditions, and requirements to build teams and drive progress.

Krav

  • Well-developed project management skills.
  • Commercial and business experiences, preferably in an international context.
  • Negotiation skills with associated sense for diplomacy, drive, and integrity.
  • Interest for the technical dimension.
  • Ability to take initiative, communicate expectations, conditions and requirements.
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant College education.
  • Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
  • Driving licence including ability and will to travel both within Sweden and abroad.
  • Pass a security vetting.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Relevant international experience from defence industry in similar role.
  • Experience in translating customer need or requirements to functions and activities.
  • Experience of the products in Business Unit Missile Systems portfolio is a strength.
  • Additional obligations on citizenship may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
