Amazon's Transportation Financial Systems (TFS) team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager in Hyderabad to manage business onboarding, prioritize tech system opportunities, and support functional systems. This high-visibility role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to bridge business and technical teams and drive financial automation products at scale.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage business onboarding to TFS systems and services.
  • Prioritize opportunities in tech systems/process flows.
  • Support functional systems to deliver defined goals.
  • Understand functional flow of TFS onboarded businesses and key TFS capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to refine transport finance processes (account payables and receivables).
  • Manage auditing, invoicing, and payments products and processes.
  • Identify short-term solutions and work with Product/SDM on long-term solutions.
  • Evaluate self-serve opportunities to reduce TFS overhead.
  • Document dashboard or tool requirements and present to TFS Tech team.
  • Define and manage cross-functional program strategy.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, drive improvements, and inform resource allocation decisions.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment through clear written and verbal communication.
  • Present program updates, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary dependencies.

Krav

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
