Amazon India is seeking experienced Program Managers to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain projects. This role involves identifying pain points, driving cost-benefit analysis, developing execution plans and roadmaps, and working with technology teams to implement solutions.
Ansvarsområden
- Work with finance, supply chain execution, transportation, and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope high-impact projects.
- Drive cost-benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions for various initiatives.
- Develop execution plans and timelines for approved projects.
- Develop roadmaps and metrics to measure initiative progress.
- Write reports and documents detailing progress for leadership.
- Liaise across functions to drive projects and clear issues/bottlenections.
- Work with technology teams to scope and drive necessary tech changes.
- Act as a single-threaded owner for initiatives and ensure they achieve set goals.
Krav
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
