We are seeking a Program Manager II for Relay Product Excellence in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through strategic planning, process design and documentation, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience in program/project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own program execution and operational processes, including maintaining roadmaps and running business reviews.
  • Build and maintain mechanisms for clarity in cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Support strategic planning, roadmap development, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage resource reviews and operational planning inputs.
  • Conduct process mapping and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Own end-to-end program delivery from requirements definition through execution.
  • Identify and engage process stakeholders and conduct regular stakeholder updates.
  • Support change management efforts for new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires and team members.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned processes.
  • Implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Krav

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
