Amazon India is seeking Program Managers to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain projects. This role involves designing new processes, driving technology solutions, and initiating cost reduction or efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of program/project management experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work with finance, supply chain execution, transportation, and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope high-impact projects.
  • Drive cost-benefit analysis and make go/no-go decisions on initiatives.
  • Develop execution plans, timelines, roadmaps, and metrics to measure initiative progress.
  • Write reports and documents detailing progress for leadership.
  • Liaise across functions to drive projects, clearing issues and bottlenecks.
  • Work with technology teams to scope and drive necessary tech changes.
  • Act as a single-threaded owner for initiatives, driving them towards achieving financial or other impact goals.

Krav

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
  • 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
  • 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full-time experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
  • Experience using Microsoft Projects software
  • Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
