Ansvarsområden

  • Own end-to-end delivery of physical security projects from intake to handover.
  • Support senior program managers on complex initiatives by tracking actions and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including statements of work and requirements.
  • Manage capital funding requests and track spend against approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and installers to monitor progress and confirm delivery quality.
  • Align with site security teams and cross-functional partners on requirements and timelines.
  • Track project milestones and risks, reporting accurate status and metrics.
  • Support proof-of-concept and pilot activities for new security technologies.
  • Ensure solutions comply with Amazon standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team process improvements for templates, trackers, and workflows.

Krav

  • 1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and writing detailed requirement documents.
  • 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
