Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across its international network. This hands-on role involves coordinating with various teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, contributing to the development and scaling of security solutions.

Ansvarsområden

Own the end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across assigned sites and programs.
Support senior program managers on larger, more complex initiatives.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including statements of work and responsibility matrices.
Support capital funding requests and manage the approvals workflow.
Work directly with vendors and installers to schedule works and monitor progress.
Coordinate with site security teams and cross-functional partners.
Track project milestones and risks, and report accurate status and metrics.
Support proof-of-concept and pilot activity for new physical security technologies.
Ensure solutions are delivered in line with Amazon physical security standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Contribute to team process improvements.

Krav

1+ years of program or project management experience
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
