Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to enhance the fulfillment experience for India FBA sellers by reducing seller contacts and eliminating friction. This role requires strong analytical, program management, and stakeholder influence skills to drive innovative processes and tech changes.

Ansvarsområden

Design, standardize and implement innovative processes across multiple business functions.
Perform quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities and deploy tactical initiatives.
Work with product or tech teams to scope out and drive tech changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, product managers, and finance partners to drive program goals.
Drive business profitability through end to end ownership of the program.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
Experience conducting seller interaction audits and providing coaching to improve performance.
