Krav
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- 1+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and basic SQL.
- Experience coordinating program execution and tracking performance.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience in MS Access and SQL.
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience in resolving conflicts, providing crisis management triage, and setting appropriate expectations with customers.
- Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
