Amazon India is seeking Program Managers to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain projects. This internal consulting role involves designing new processes, driving technology solutions, and implementing cost reduction or efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a single-threaded owner, responsible for project impact and achieving defined goals.

Ansvarsområden

Work with finance, supply chain execution, transportation, and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and scope high-impact projects.
Drive cost-benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions for initiatives.
Develop execution plans and timelines.
Create roadmaps and metrics to measure initiative progress.
Write reports detailing progress to leadership.
Liaise across functions to drive projects and resolve issues.
Work with technology teams to scope and drive necessary tech changes.
Be a single-threaded owner for initiatives, directly controlling destiny.
Drive programs towards achieving defined financial or other impact goals.

Krav

1+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
