Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) to ensure compliance with environmental regulations for packaging, electronics, and batteries. This role involves leading initiatives to improve seller interfaces, orchestrating new compliance features, and managing defect resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance program management and a background in food safety or related fields.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead initiatives to improve the seller-facing compliance interface for EPR requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Orchestrate the development and launch of new compliance features, collaborating with engineering, science, and design teams.
  • Establish and maintain monitoring systems to track enforcement accuracy, defect rates, and seller friction points.
  • Manage defect triage and resolution end-to-end, coordinating across operations, engineering, and policy teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in compliance workflows, reducing seller burden and scaling across new regulations.

Krav

  • 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Experience interacting with local food safety regulators.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience.
  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel.
