Google is seeking a Program Manager for EHS in Data Centers in Mumbai, India. This mid-level role requires experience in program management, environmental regulations, and safety management, with a focus on data center operations. Responsibilities include risk assessment, incident investigation, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure safety compliance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Translate complex EHS risks into executive-level insights.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and oversee high-risk activities (LOTO, electrical work, hot work, working at heights, confined spaces).
  • Lead root cause analysis for incidents/near-misses and implement corrective/preventative actions.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time and be onsite full time, 5 days per week as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and facility teams to review safety designs according to local regulatory requirements.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in environmental regulations and safety management.
  • Experience in EHS management systems or managing EHS compliance, including environmental compliance.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in mission-critical environments.
  • Knowledge of India EHS regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
