Your role

Do you want to lead some of Saab’s most complex and strategically important customer programmes, such as GlobalEye? We are now looking for a driven Programme Manager / Deputy Programme Manager to AEW&C Prime, Programme Management!

As Programme Manager at AEW&C Prime, you will be responsible for executing our GlobalEye programmes to our customers. You will balance technical performance with commercial requirements, time schedule, scope and budget to fulfil contractual commitments and deliver real value to our customers.

Depending on experience, you may enter the role as Programme Manager or Deputy Programme Manager, with a clear development path towards increased responsibility.

In this role, you will

• Lead and coordinate the execution of complex Prime programmes towards our customers

• Secure delivery on time, scope, cost and quality, in line with contract and Saab processes

• Balance technical and commercial aspects, ensuring both are managed coherently

• Work closely with SubC/Other Units across Saab that deliver subprojects into the Prime programmes

• Act as a central interface towards the customer, building strong, trust-based relationships

• Drive risk and opportunity management, including mitigations and improvement initiatives

• Prepare and lead programme reviews, reporting status, forecasts and key decisions

• Contribute to and sometimes lead capture activities together with Marketing & Sales, acting as Operations Responsible in the winning-business process

Your profile

You are a structured, proactive leader who enjoys working in a complex, technical and international environment. You are comfortable owning commitments towards customers and senior stakeholders, and you thrive when coordinating many different parties towards a common goal.

With a team-oriented mindset, you have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, build trust, and make well-founded decisions based on a combination of facts, experience, and sound judgement.

You bring:

• Experience from programme, project or subproject management in a technical environment

• Strong ability to plan, prioritise and follow up on activities and deliveries

• Good understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of complex contracts

• Proven skills in stakeholder management and collaboration across organisational boundaries

• Experience from customer interaction, preferably in an international context

• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
