This role is responsible for daily production work in assembly and coil shops, including operating winding, spot welding, and molding machines, as well as testing equipment. The position requires adherence to safety, health, and quality standards, and offers opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ansvarsområden
- Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop per direction/schedule.
- Conduct product assembly and basic equipment operation.
- Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, and Molding machine.
- Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for both coil and assembly shops.
- Be flexible and willing to rotate responsibilities.
- Adhere to all quality standards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement events like Kaizen.
Krav
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree.
