I korthet

This is a temporary Production Worker position on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, with potential for full-time hire. Responsibilities include operating machinery, quality control, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean work area. A high school diploma or GED and mechanical ability are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
  • Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
  • Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
  • Mark or tag identification on parts.
  • Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
  • Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, and cleaning of doors and frame components.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment.
  • Record information such as the number of products inspected, and dates and times of product production.
  • Perform other assigned tasks at the direction of Supervision.

Krav

  • High school diploma or GED certificate and/or industrial experience.
  • Mechanical ability.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
  • Ability to read various dimensional mythology instruments.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Familiarity with forklifts, hammers, hoists, jacks, ladders, screwdrivers, slings, tape measures, hand tools, measuring instruments, power tools such as saws, mechanical machines, paint systems, and assembly operations.
