IKEA Industry Nantong is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and quality standards, participating in process improvements, and basic equipment maintenance. A background in mechanical or automation is preferred, with a strong desire to learn and work proactively.

Ansvarsområden

  • Follow safety operation standards for trolleys and on-site safety requirements.
  • Strictly adhere to quality standards and implement inspection requirements; propose improvement suggestions for potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to refine product processing procedures.
  • Participate in establishing production operation standards, including start-up/shutdown, process adjustments, OM, and changeovers.
  • Follow on-site 5S management and implement 5S improvements.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep relevant records.
  • Compile production data and complete production records.
  • Participate in on-site improvement activities and collaborate with process and equipment departments to complete problem analysis and improvement activities.
  • Responsible for new employee onboarding training and refresher training.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Krav

  • Good learning, understanding, and communication skills; observant and thoughtful.
  • Strong autonomous awareness, strong willingness to learn, strong hands-on ability, proactive attitude towards work.
  • Basic computer operating skills.
  • Experience in mechanical manufacturing or processing, and ability to operate simple production equipment independently is preferred.
  • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools proficiently.
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
