Emerson is looking for a Production Supervisor for its Chanhassen, MN facility on the second shift. This role is responsible for overseeing production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and fostering employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of related supervisory experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining standards and consistently enforcing company policies.
  • Planning and overseeing daily operations, assigning work, rotating tasks, and monitoring progress to meet production goals.
  • Driving accountability by setting clear expectations for schedule, quality, and safety, and tracking results.
  • Supporting staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates for open positions.
  • Communicating regularly with your team about business goals, performance, and company updates, while fostering open dialogue.
  • Coaching and mentoring employees, providing challenging assignments and regular development discussions to encourage career growth.
  • Managing employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of related supervisory experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
