Ansvarsområden
- Lead warehouse and material handling operations.
- Enhance safety culture and ensure a safe work environment.
- Ensure safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Conduct safety audits and promote adherence to HSE policies.
- Ensure accurate inbound material receiving, inspection, and documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and system transactions.
- Organize warehouse resources to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report trends to leadership.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
- Coordinate inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Ensure outbound shipments meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.
- Support warehouse organization and housekeeping initiatives.
Krav
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and material flow processes.
- Valid forklift operating certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related professional certification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
- Demonstrated understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
- Lean, Continuous Improvement, or 5S certification.
