Seeking a Production Quality Engineer to ensure product quality and optimize production processes. This role involves supporting production, managing quality issues, and driving continuous improvement. Located in Järfälla, Sweden.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support production in quality-related activities (FAI, deviation management, root cause analysis, CAPA, scrap, delivery meetings).
  • Assess and manage quality issues related to products, tools, and production processes.
  • Provide production support through IPC support, training, and participation in quality forums.
  • Ensure work methods and processes comply with current requirements, standards, and directives.
  • Plan and conduct qualifications and validations.
  • Support quality work in new development projects within production.
  • Follow up on quality status and initiate quality assurance measures via product/process audits and deviation report analysis.
  • Report quality status, audit results, and improvement work to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to meeting delivery criteria.
  • Drive and support quality improvement initiatives by clarifying requirements and needs.
  • Lead or participate in corrective and preventive actions within the quality domain.
  • Participate in and drive product and operational development initiatives.
  • Guide colleagues in the management system and train in areas of responsibility for the quality department.

Krav

  • University degree in Engineering (Technology/Quality) or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality work.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Must undergo and be approved according to applicable security regulations.
