Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs.
  • Support warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling.
  • Analyze warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Europe.
  • Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Economics, analytics, or mathematics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links.
  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with SQL and Excel.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment.
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
  • Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent.
  • Experience with operations/supply chain.
  • Ability to closely work with operation, finance and planning leaders to manage lead-time, capacity, and optimize the impact of labor on supply position throughout the entire supply chain.
