I korthet

We are seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and execute production schedules ensuring on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization. This role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Prioritize and sequence jobs based on customer demand, capacity, and operational constraints.
  • Monitor schedule attainment, WIP flow, and production performance.
  • Manage production escalations and recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material, capacity, and delivery issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, cycle time, and delivery performance.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
