Emerson is looking for an experienced Production Planner in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to coordinate and supervise the assembly, testing, and welding of industrial regulators. This role involves optimizing resource allocation, collaborating with various departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Ansvarsområden
- Coordinate production activities including assembly and testing of industrial gas regulators.
- Distribute human resources optimally based on workload.
- Collaborate with production supervisor, planner/buyer, and warehouse supervisor to optimize raw material supply and finished product shipment.
- Drive continuous improvement of work processes and propose enhancements.
- Participate and collaborate in new product implementation.
- Delegate welders to the assembly line when the workload is high.
- Edit technical sheets and certificates of conformity.
Krav
- Secondary education or engineering degree.
- Knowledge of PC operation: MS Office, Internet, Outlook.
- Working experience.

- Manufacturing or planning background.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Working experience in a similar role.
