Emerson is seeking a Production Planner 1 for a full-time, on-site role in Pune, India. This position involves coordinating material availability, lead times, and production capacity to meet customer needs and maintain schedules. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of manufacturing experience and strong analytical and scheduling skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Works closely with Customer Support Group for understanding customer need and Urgency
  • Checks Material availability, Lead time, and production Capacity and gives Promise date to Customer Support Group.
  • Coordinates With Buyer to get the material as per WO Schedule.
  • Coordinates with Production to complete the WO as per schedule.
  • Maintains Master schedule Dashboard for Performance parameter and works on driving necessary improvement.
  • Regularly reviews due and Overdue WO backlog and schedules/reschedules the same as per Business need and guidelines.
  • Supports Demand Planner for Build Plan forecasting and accuracy activity for 1 month leg and 3 Month leg.

Krav

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in the manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding on MS Office software like MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of Production scheduling.
  • Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
  • Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
  • Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering/ Any Graduate.
