Ansvarsområden
- Collaborate with Team Leaders on Layered Process Audits (LPA).
- Ensure equipment inspections and 5S checks are completed before and after shifts.
- Manage production activities, ensuring quality standards and on-time completion.
- Train new employees on assembly processes and job skills.
- Support implementation of process improvements and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify operational risks.
- Contribute to production output, identify and report line-balancing issues, and provide targeted training.
- Report daily production issues, ensure material supply, and assist with quality analysis and corrective actions.
- Serve as backup for the Team Leader.
Krav
- Technical secondary school diploma or above, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vacuum pump assembly or testing, or 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with assembly processes, tools, and fixtures.
- Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good awareness of quality, safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and energy-saving practices.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong learning agility and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to complying with company policies and procedures.
- Multi-skilled operators with experience across two or more assembly lines are preferred.
